Return & Exchange Conditions:

✔ Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
✔ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and tags attached.
Customers must return the product first for inspection before any refund or exchange is processed.
✔ Exchanges are available for the same item or another product of equal value.
✔ Prescription lenses and customized frames cannot be returned or exchanged.
