✔ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and tags attached.
✔ Customers must return the product first for inspection before any refund or exchange is processed.
✔ Exchanges are available for the same item or another product of equal value.
✔ Prescription lenses and customized frames cannot be returned or exchanged.
